I am a French guy in my 20's.
I am 1 month into a one year internship with a local company, and am looking for a person to share my 2 bedroom apartment upper floor apartment with me.
You would have a private, locking bedroom.
We would share a living room, dining room - kitchen, bathroom.
We will share free basement washer and dryer with the other residents in the building.
Along with the monthly rent, you will pay a portion of the gas and electric bill and the internet bill.
I will be working weekdays, and have evenings and weekends off.
I would prefer to live with someone who works days or evenings and who would be sleeping at the same time I do.
I would be fine with a university student or a working person.
My girlfriend from France will probably visit during my year in Rochester for a couple of weeks, and my sister likely will at another time for a week or 2.
I don't smoke or vape, and don't want to live with any animals.
You could bring your own room furnishings, or use what's in the room now.

) I move into this apartment on January 1st.
