I am a woman attending RIT.
I am in my 20's, and I am seeking 1 or 2 others to share my 3 bedroom apartment.
I would prefer to share a place with someone who's of my gender, preferably a student (though I would be open to non-students), and who is committed to having a quiet, clean place.
You'd have a private, locking bedroom, furnished as needed, and share a bathroom, large kitchen, living room, dining room, front porch and side deck, plus free laundry in the basement.
Off-street parking in the plowed lot behind the house is also possible.
This is a no-inside-smoking/vaping household, and I would prefer a non-smoker, and that there be no animals present.
Upstairs neighbors are 3 RIT wmn.
students.
A room is available from January 1st, and I would like to get a housemate or 2 as soon as possible.
I would prefer to share the place with some person(s) who can commit to be here at least through mid-May, and longer-term might be possible.
The stated rent includes any needed room furnishings, shared use of the
furnished apartment, all utilities (gas,electric,water,sewer,trash,recycling), off-street parking, free shared washer/dryer use, shared wifi.
The rent amount would be determined by whether I get 1 or 2 housemates.
A security deposit equal to 1 month's rent will be needed, and a written rental agreement.
Please let me know when you need a place, how long you might commit to, and a bit about how you'd pay the rent (work, financial aid, etc.
).
