Accounts Payable Temp

One of our great clients in Rochester is seeking 2 onsite Accounts Payable temporary individuals to join their team! This role could be for you if you are comfortable in a fast-paced setting and have strong communication and time-management skills.
They are looking for someone to hit the ground running! Contract Details: * Anticipated start date: ASAP - January 8 or 9 * Hours/Location: Onsite 8am-5pm Monday - Friday * Length of Assignment: 6-8 weeks, with possibility of extension * Benefits: FTS contractor benefits package - see details below! Required Qualifications/Skills: * Minimum 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience * Proficiency in Microsoft applications and computer skills * Capacity to handle high transaction volumes.
* Effective communication, analytical and critical thinking skills Responsibilities: * Accurately input and process AP invoices, check requests, and credit card payments.
* support the scanning of invoices, researching statements, data entry, and obtaining approvals, utilizing technology for process improvements aligned with company goals.
* Reconciling/Researching statements * Administrative/data entry tasks * Maintain vendor data and cultivate positive relationships.
* Collaborate with vendors and internal departments.
* Research issues with payments as they occur * Perform additional assigned tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $20.
