Local property and restaurant owner is seeking a proactive, energetic Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to help run a busy office.
Looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent computer and communication skills.
Self-starter a must.
Full-time-Monday-Friday, flexible hours
*Responsibilities:*
* Bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks including A/R & AP
* Handle emails, responses and documents
* Communications with vendors
* Buy/Sell research for materials needed
* Communicate with restaurant managers
* Provide administrative support in different areas of business
* Schedule meetings, create agenda and update
* Manage executive calendar
* Organize, manage and facilitate daily “To-Do” list
* Maintain files, documentation and mail correspondence
*Qualifications:*
* 5+ years’ experience in a bookkeeper/administrative role
* Associate’s degree preferred
* Proficient with *QuickBooks*, *Microsoft* and *Apple products*
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Well-organized, task-oriented and professional demeanor
* Able to multi-task and prioritize
