New York State Fence Inc.
is looking for a Construction Accountant who would be responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and all other office management duties.
*Essential Functions*
* Perform accounting and all other administrating functions
* Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense review, and human resources
* Assist in contract entry, monitoring, and reporting
* Assist in preparing bids and bidding schedules
* Assist in payroll including certified payrolls
* Perform all other related duties and special projects required
*Qualification*
* 2 year degree in accounting preferred, or 1 - 2 years of related work experience
* Ability to handle multiple assignments
* Ability to be a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
