We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's growing team.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and making recommendations to drive strategic decision-making within the organization.
Key Duties:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop financial models and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights for decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned
Qualification/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of corporate accounting principles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI
- Experience with SQL and/or R
- Advanced Excel skills including VBA macros and pivot tables preferred
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders
