Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Assistant to join our team
This is a multi-Company position.

Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Provide Financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports ● Documents financial transaction by entering accounting information ● Substantiates current financial status by preparing Balance sheets, Income statements and keeping all Banking accounts current.
● Prepare Leases for residential rental properties.
Coordinate tenant transitions, and maintenance requests.
Analyzing trends, costs, revenues to predict future revenues and expenses.
● Record and code Account Receivables.
Prepare payments and code account payables, by verifying documentation.
● Support and prepare written documentation to communicate and support field personal.
● Critical thinking and Active learning ● Clerical knowledge Work hours in office 9 AM to 3 PM , with a possibility of remote work.
Some work may be able to be done remotely, as additional projects require.

Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements: ❖ Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in accounting or finance ❖ CMA or proficient Managerial accounting ❖ Minimum 5 years experience in accounting / finance.
Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas ❖ Intuit – Quickbooks, proficiency with Microsoft office Suite, and general office software programs.
❖ Positive interaction with Tenants, Customers, Vendors and Banking contacts.
Strong written and oral communication
Requirements :
* 5+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience, required.
* Experience using QuickBooks
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage different financial duties, including the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry.
* Computer literacy, spreadsheets, databases and accounting software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online.
* Great interpersonal and customer skills for dealing with clients and other employees.
* Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial matters in accessible terms.
* Maintain confidentiality and trust with clients.
* Knowledge of banking procedures.
* Accounts payables and receivables experience
