Hi there I have 2 Seasonal W2 Statutory Sales Positions.
A Statutory Employee is an Employee that we Pay Social Security and Medicare Taxes but you are Self-Employed for all other purposes.
So what do I need? I need Sales People who can farm Tax Clients.
You are paid 50% of what we collect and our fees are in this posting.
YOU are NOT Performing a TAX PREP Role.
Since you are bringing us the PROSPECT and YOU are in fact a employee of our company, sales tracking as it relates to work completion and payment is the communication tunnel.
We operate on a Contract basis.
If you want to talk you need to send a Cover Letter and a Phone Number, a resume is not needed.
Generally it WOULD NOT be a good fit for you if DO NOT have the ability to bring us 200-300 Client referrals by March 21, 2024 its not good for Either of Us.
Work hard for 50+ days make some coin.
We have a great Payment process in place so those 200 Clients who paid their fee of $80 would provide you with gross payment of $8,000 which is 50 percent of what we collect.
You would have a W2 relative to your withholdings.
I have 1 base/commission role after April 15, 2024 but for any person who is out there and needs a few more dollars of Reportable Income today and is good at drumming up business.
Please send a cover letter and a phone number.
We pay weekly based upon client arranged payments.
Thank you for your time.
This position is not subject to Minimum wage, you are Independent Contractor operating under a W2 Statutory role that entitles you to a W2 at the end of the year.
Unemployment and Paid Family are part of the W2 process.
