*Family Concierge™ is seeking experienced House Managers and Family Assistants to join our network of exceptional partners.

This opportunity is ideal for administrative professionals dedicated to excellence and with experience working with busy families and high-achieving individuals.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years’ experience as a house manager or family assistant.
Experience as a personal assistant will also be considered.
A successful house manager will act as the client’s “right-hand” person and proactively anticipate the home's needs.
*Typical responsibilities include:*
* Maintaining a regular household maintenance schedule for light housekeeping, running errands, and keeping the house stocked and organized
* Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the home's interior at all times.
* Maintaining an inventory of household supplies
* Making arrangements for home maintenance and repairs
* Manage basic home upkeep tasks like replacing air filters, light bulbs, diffusers, etc.
* Run any necessary errands, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, shoe shines, and medication pick-ups.
* Maintain a laundry routine
* Maintain a pool maintenance routine when needed
* Light kitchen maintenance (cleaning, organization)
* Meal prep and cooking as requested
* Basic pet care
* Resetting seasonal decor as requested
* Other duties as assigned
*Our House Manager Partners Have:*
* A minimum of three years’ experience as a personal or executive assistant OR experience as a virtual assistant
* Proficiency in general household maintenance tasks such as light cleaning, cooking, and grocery shopping
* Strong attention to detail
* Outstanding communication skills
* Stellar ability to multitask
* Flexible availability
* Strong understanding of the confidential and discrete nature of working in a private home
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to partner with families to ensure a consistent and strong relationship
* Reliable transportation when required
