I’m looking to rent Miss Julie’s Hair Studio! We are so busy opening Miss Julie's School of Beauty, I can no longer work out of my hair studio, so I’m looking to rent this beautiful space on a month-to-month basis.
It is my belief people still need to pay their bills and eat, so rent is a modest $500 per month.
We have a spa room for rent, and a salon for rent.
Each is $500 per month, or for an individual tenant, $850 per month.
What’s included: laundry, bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, water cooler, WiFi; about 230 sq ft of space each.
Use of tools and equipment is included.
In salon, use of back bar items is included; however, replenishing will be stylist responsibility.
Spa room use of tools is included, and replenishing is esthetician responsibility.
If you want to own a small salon and not just a chair rental, this space is great.
Having clients is a must, as is liability insurance.
Rush /Henrietta area, my clients came from Honeoye Falls /Lima, and Mendon.
Henrietta is five minutes away, and loyal clients will always follow.
Again, if you are interested in both rooms, rent will be $850 per month.
Otherwise, each will be rented out individually for 500 per month.
