Our Customer Service Specialists are pleasant and knowledgeable professionally assisting car shoppers online and by telephone in scheduling appointments with four dealerships at Cortese Auto Block.
* *Job Responsibilities* * Ability to handle appointment selling process on a significant load of high quality organic and paid internet leads * Follow up with existing customers and potential customers to generate appointments * Return email, voicemail, engage in online chat, process online credit applications, and other administrative functions * Enjoy interacting with people and helping them solve their concerns * Tech-savvy * Excellent listening skills and a positive attitude working in a team environment * Dedicated to customer satisfaction\*Previous sales and customer service experience is a plus * Some Saturdays are required *Healthcare benefits and 401k available* *Competitive Compensation - Hourly Rate plus Commissions!* _*Attach your resume, candidates will be contact for an interview*_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
