Customer Service Representative Full-Time & Benefits!

* Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
\* * Perform information, admission, and cashier services including explaining policies and procedures, identifying various automotive parts, and handling cash, store credit, and credit card transaction.
\* * Utilize software to assist customers to promote a positive part-pulling experience.
* Enforce Wilbert’s U-Pull It “Rules and Policies” including inspection of all tools and/or personal belongings entering and exiting our facilities.
\* * Maintain a clean and safe workstation throughout the indoor retail area.
\* * Clean and maintain the outside parking lot and yard entrance area.
\* * Bring wheel barrels and carts back to the holding area.
\* * Promote Wilbert’s Family of businesses in person or over the phone to promote positive and successful interactions.
\* * Follow all safety policies and procedures.
\* Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.
