As part of our tight-knit team, you will collaborate closely with other Customer Service Representatives and cross-functionally with our Sales and Claims departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing incoming phone calls.
- Understand client needs, assess their unique situations, and offer customized insurance solutions.
- Effectively resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints while maintaining a positive, empathetic approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Document and update client interactions in our CRM system accurately.
- Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and company updates to provide clients with up-to-date information.
-Process customer policy change requests.
-Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
-Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Positive and inviting demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting and foster positive relationships.
- Proficient computer skills and experience working with CRM systems.
-A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train great individual.
-Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
-Be capable of handling customer rejection.
-Property & Casualty insurance licen.
