*Here's what you'd do:*
* Provides customer service and support to internal and external clients, responsible for the timely and accurate set-up of ongoing maintenance and support of client accounts for both H&B and COBRA.
* Maintains a high-level knowledge of the products and services supported by the Agency.
* Ensures timely and accurate problem resolution supporting Agency client retention goals.
* Responsible for the initial set-up and ongoing maintenance (renewal) of client insurance accounts for both H&B and COBRA
* Maintains processing throughput and quality standards at or above minimum standards established by Management Researches and resolves product and service issues from other Clients' departments, insurance partners, and our clients.
* Utilizes various insurance tools and forms to determine accuracy in insurance rates, class codes, experience modifications, and final audits.
* Utilizes multiple computer software applications with carrier and bureau websites' internal systems, including HRIS and ORS, to respond to all client inquiries.
* Performs data input.
* Develops problem-resolution techniques and make recommendations to staff and management.
* Responds to inbound calls and places outbound calls as the business unit requires.
* Maintains accurate recording of all internal and external communication (insureds insurance partners payroll offices).
* Provides necessary documentation to state and federal insurance agencies and our partners.
* Continues to stay abreast of changes in various product offerings, regulatory, policy, and insurance industry developments.
* Acts as a resource for the business units and other areas within the Client and continually builds excellent working relationships with our internal and external partners to support all.
* Agency administrative services.
* Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
* Associate Degree
* Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or insurance.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
* Multi-tasking abilities, versatility, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment are necessary skills for this position.
* Able to diffuse complex client concerns, notify management of critical situations, and ensure the best solution is implemented for the client.
