I have been using their 2MP cameras for quite a while.
The camera is power over ethernet.
Comes with everything that it came with including the box.
You should be able to tell its brand new and it's a solid camera.
I will say this is not like a plug and play camera, you need to know a little about this type of camera.
It's really meant for people that want to setup their own DVR, but I use my 2MP in view mode only for quick access.
