1 channel surround receiver in good shape (a few paint smudges on the top - See pictures).
This doesn't come with the remote but you can order one on Ebay or wherever for around $20.
You can also get the manual on-line for free.
I have only used as an FM receiver and no longer need it.
You can Google the make and model for the specs, wattage, etc.
