Vintage 1990 The Game Of Perfection by Milton Bradley.
All the pieces are there.
It works and just shows normal shelf wear with some lights very light marks on the back (see picture).
Basically from what I can fathom you push the board down, push the start button and have a minute to try to get the pieces into their correct slots then the board pops up after the 60 seconds (or you can hit the stop button).
