Description:
POSITION INFORMATION:
Prepares all title and registration documents.
Accurately prepares all financial agreements, title/registration applications, rebates, extended warranty applications.
Keeps informed and updated on NYS motor vehicle requirements and tax laws as they pertain to each sale.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bill out all deals including retail sales, dealer trade, and wholesales (including intercompany)
Break down deals to send proper documents to the banks
File all wholesales
Stock in New vehicles into inventory, file keys and MSOs
Stock in Used vehicles
Keep log of inventory
Send out daily Buy/Sells to managers of each store
Update the NYS book of registry
Edit and process all DMV work and send to DMV for completion
Prepare registrations returned from DMV to send to customers
Prepare any In-Transit (Out of state) paperwork when necessary
Maintain necessary supplies: Contracts, bank forms, MV82’s.
Book of Registry, Stock Tags, Used Car Buyer Guides, Odometer Statements, etc.
Maintain and Order New Plates
Maintain and order Auto Awards
Orders supplies for dealership
Must be willing to work some Saturdays.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Will be trained on dealership computer systems
