Insurance Litigation Associate

*Position: *Insurance Litigation Associate *Company:* Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC *Location:* Rochester, NY Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC seeks a talented Insurance Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team.

*Responsibilities:* * Conduct depositions.
* Develop litigation strategies.
* Draft litigation papers.
* Manage cases independently.
* Perform investigations.
* Prepare cases for trial.
* Report to insurance carriers and other clients.
* Summarize medical document review.
Our new Litigation Associate will also be exposed to preparing motions, conducting examinations under oath and depositions, and conducting extensive document review in sophisticated insurance litigation.
*Qualifications:* * Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admitted to the New York State Bar.
* 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
* Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from experienced attorneys.
* Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
