What we’re seeking:
Cyber Security Analyst eDiscovery will report to the Manager, Threat Response Team and will be responsible for eDiscovery or Tiers 1 & 2 support of cyber security event escalations.
As a Cyber Security Analyst eDiscovery, you will assist the company with identification, collection, and preservation for legal and regulatory matters.
In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager.
The HUB for this role will be in Rochester, NY, or Dallas, TX.
What we need in you:
For this Cyber Security Analyst eDiscovery position, we need someone who has experience working the full eDiscovery process in order to identify, review and provide the electronic stored information requested for each case.
What you’ll do:
Assist with Legal Hold process to include usage of Microsoft 365 Purview
Serve as a primary consultant on internal and external eDiscovery consultations and data management or data collections
Develop and implements workflows processes and procedures to meet eDiscovery specifications and adheres to best practices
Advises the legal team on technology options for specific discovery or preservation needs
Process data using eDiscovery or Forensic tools
Perform security investigation and triage using analyst tools and techniques and determine criticality of potential security threats
Analyze additional log correlation
Escalate as necessary cyber incident findings and preliminary investigation results to IR Lead Investigator
Other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $75,000 to $190,000

What background you should have:
Strong working knowledge of eDiscovery and Forensics tools.
2+ years of eDiscovery experience, including the handling of electronic stored information and various file formats
Strong organizational and planning skills
Fluency in spoken and written English
Education
BA/BS Degree in relevant technology discipline or can substitute for additional experience in field
