Our Core Values Believe in People Keep it Real Find Joy Be a Leader Work Together We are seeking a Project Management Administrator with comprehensive knowledge and experience in reviewing, and managing GreenSpark's current and prospective EPC contract deliverables with commercial clients and financiers.
The candidate will possess strong communication and relationship management skills with commercial clients and financiers and network with potential clients.
This role will also have opportunities to network in the Industry and apply best practices for GreenSpark's best in class products and customer service.
The Project Management Administrator day to day responsibilities include: Contract Management Prepare and receive client (vendor/subcontractor) pay applications, invoices, lien waivers and required tax forms Review requisition orders to verify accuracy, terminology, schedule, and specifications Support and coordinate permitting process with Townships & Utilities including but not limited to compiling supporting documentation, preparing and filing applications Collaborate with the Project Managers and Finance to support the preparation and negotiation of contracts Addresses complex contract problems and provides resolutions for negotiations Works collaboratively with Project Managers to robustly participate in transaction completion Reviews and drafts contracts and amendments to protect GSS from liability and risk Prioritizes workflow to meet important contract deadlines Assists in the development and enhancement of standard processes in terms of contract review process Relationship Management Maintain status of contracts, milestones, required deliverables and delivery of services and products throughout the life of the contract including but not limited to; submittals, record/shop drawings, closeout packages, warranty transfers Develops and manages effective relationships with project managers and clients Provides assistance, guidance, and support to project managers where needed Proactively manages transactions upon assignment through contract formation and execution Promotes a positive work environment, spirit of cooperation, and support for coworkers within the organization and when interacting with colleagues, customers and external suppliers Partners with key stakeholders to maintain excellent working relationships and ensure complex and unique contracts appropriately address contractual liability/risk mitigation Knowledge and Process Maintenance and Improvement Maintains and uses subject matter expertise to contracting functions (legal sufficiency, risk mitigation, compliance regimes) Proactively and continuously improves processes Contributes to departmental and cross-collaborative projects and continuous improvement opportunities to increase contracting efficiency, quality and risk mitigation Provides administrative support in collecting certified payroll and validation in regards to prevailing wage These are our education & qualification requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or other related field preferred Paralegal Certificate preferred 3-5 years of experience in providing project administrative support from end-to-end.
Knowledge of and expertise in legal/contractual concepts, terms and conditions Ability to critically analyze legal risks and consequences during fast-paced negotiations Ability to handle concurrent tasks and responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining personal effectiveness Customer-service skills to navigate the complexities of contract management.
Relationship management skills to develop and maintain rapport with Internal and external stakeholders.
Critical thinking skills by providing insightful recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders to advance the organization's portfolios.
Organizational skills, including the ability to set and meet goals and deadlines, manage appointments, build schedules, coordinate and facilitate meetings, and make decisions Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills, including the ability to accurately interpret what others are saying and convey messages, information, concepts, and details clearly Experience using G-Suite and/or Microsoft (Office) 365 Is highly desirable.
Relationship management skills to develop and maintain rapport with Internal and external stakeholders.
Experience using SmartSheets for data management/CRM preferred Passion for renewable energy and advancing the initiatives of GreenSpark solar.
