The Title Clerk is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below:
* Submit complete and accurate title/registration paperwork within state required compliance deadlines.
* Review and research title documentation for completion.
* Communicates with customers to help with any title/registration concerns or questions.
* DMV run to submit paperwork.
* Filing.
* Other duties as assigned.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
* Prior title clerk experience is encourage but not necessary.
* Keep sensitive information confidential.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Detail orientated, adaptable to meet and work with fluctuating deadlines.
* Excellent follow through skills.
