Turtle & complete set up with aquarium, filter and heat/uvb lamp (Palmyra)

I have a female red eared slider (named Tippy) as well as her full set up for pick up.
She has a 75- gallon tank, a canister filter, uvb/heat lamp, a custom made dock, artificial aquatic plants and a custom made tank stand.
Tank will need to be resealed- there is a very small leak in the back right corner of the tank, just needs to be caulked back up $100 rehoming fee but I am willing to compromise for the right person! Just want to make sure that she is safe and well cared for text at five 8 five 9 four four six 5 5 zero
