Blueberry seeks Forever home (rochester)

Blueberry is an English budgie.
Blue berry is partially hand tame will need to be continuously handle to keep tame.
He is about 3 months old and is ready to go to his new home he’s eating on his own and his wings are clipped for training purposes.
Blueberry does have a rehoming fee there is no cage included but I do have cages available for additional cost.
Rehoming fee is $300 cages vary in prices
