Juvenile Chocolate Ornate Pac-Man Frog

Hello! I have a Juvenile Chocolate Ornate Pac-Man Frog available! I THINK its a Male due to the spots on the throat but I'm not 100% sure.
He/she is a GREAT eater, will eat from tongs, feeding on live mealworms, live waxworms and live crickets.
I can include the lighting source, the rest of the live mealworms and wax worms, also some calcium powder for a light dusting on food.
I can also Include a Ziploc of Pre-mixed substrate if requested.
I am looking for someone who will love this little Guy(girl)! They are a rather hardy species of frog, only need to eat a few times a week, and don't require much in the enclosure.
