RE/MAX Realty Group is a 35+ year real estate firm with 2 offices and 100+ full time agents.
After 6 years with a valued staff person filling a key position, we are looking for an experienced person to step into a now expanded role as a front desk receptionist, staff support person/administrative assistant for our Pittsford office.
This position requires a can-do individual (does “How may I help you” always come to your mind?) who is able to work well in a busy yet fun and welcoming environment.
Must have a demonstrated ability to be a good listener and supporter of others: our busy agents, and other long-term staff.
A qualified candidate must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, have excellent communication, and follow up skills, and have a minimum of 2 years recent work history in an administrative/customer service capacity (and if you enjoy lending a hand at coordinating events, all the better!) Prior experience with MS Office along with the ability to multi-task are necessary skills for this position.
And if you know your way around excel and are good with figures that would be all the better.
