Part Time Leasing Agent

Seeking a professional part time leasing consultant for a busy apartment complex.
Ideal applicant is proficient in Microsoft word and has office experience.
*Must be 18 or older, have a valid driver's license, and a reliable mode of transportation.
* Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Filing paperwork - Answering phones - Scanning checks - Sending out notices - Showing apartments - Screening applications - Setting up appointments - Entering service requests Hours: Tuesday (flexible) 10-3, Friday 10-3, Saturday 10-3.
This is a part time position that pays $17.
00 per hour.
