* Manage all aspects of property operations, focusing on affordable housing units
* Coordinate resident relations, leasing, and maintenance activities
* Oversee financials, budgeting, and compliance with affordable housing regulations
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum 2 years of property management experience, with a focus on affordable housing, Specifically Section 8 and LIHTC.
* Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, OneSite, etc.
)
* Strong understanding of affordable housing regulations and compliance requirements
