_*​*_ Responsibilities: - Connect with prospective tenants and show them available apartments - Oversee the screening and application process of prospective tenants - Create and distribute marketing materials to attract new tenants - Assist the manager in daily operations and management of the property - Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants and prospective tenants - Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the properties - Utilize property management software for data entry, record keeping, and reporting - Assist with lease administration, including preparing lease agreements, renewals, and terminations - Maintain accurate tenant files and records - Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders with maintenance staff or vendors - Handle tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner - Assist with rent collection and delinquency management - Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms and property standards Skills: - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Excellent customer relationship management skills - Proficient in phone etiquette and professional communication - Experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite preferred - Strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping - Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills - Knowledge of contract negotiation and file management - Real estate or customer service related work experience with positive references - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Competency in MS Word, social media, and e-mail communications - Strong organizational and time management skills - Creative, energetic, self-motivated person who works well individually and with a team Job Type: Contract Pay: $20.
