MARK IV Enterprises is searching for a high-energy Assistant Property Manager to provide day-to-day professional management support in all aspects of residential rental property, including marketing, sales, accounting, rental office staffing/scheduling, maintenance, and housekeeping.
The property management staff is responsible for maintaining and improving the asset as well as the performance of the properties.
Responsibilities:
Conduct tours, run credit checks, explain lease terms
Obtain and file signed lease documents
Coordinate move-in for new tenant and move-out inspections for tenants vacating their space
Provide prompt, professional response and follow-through regarding tenant inquiries, problems and complaints
Coordinate and manage maintenance; prioritize repairs and projects
Staff rental office during scheduled hours, including weekends when necessary
Submit financial reports and competitive analyses to corporate office
Cover for managers at other properties during absences
Work closely with VP Operations at Corporate Office on special projects
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
1-5 years residential property management experience
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Professional demeanor and behavior; positive attitude
Strong interpersonal savvy and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ideal candidate will be a disciplined self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to follow up with multiple projects through completion
General understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles
Microsoft Office proficiency
The pay range for this role is $20.
00 - $23.
00 per hour.
This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for the role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
This range may be modified in the future.
