Job Summary: The Director of Training is responsible for managing the learning and professional development of the organization’s workforce.
Responsibilities:
identifies training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers and human resources
designs and develops training programs based on organization’s and individual’s needs
considers and develops budgets for training
consults with team members to produce programs
develops effective programs for new and existing employees
devises individual learning plans
produces training materials for in-house courses
manages the delivery of training and development of programs
monitors and reviews the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
ensures that licensing requirements are met
assists managers with specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
keeps up to date with developments in training through relevant journals and courses and meetings
understands e-learning techniques
communicates effectively in a professional manner
Skills:
Competent in MS Office
Able to use data for reporting
Articulate
Excellent research skills
Education:
BS or MS in Education or related field
Experience in Real Estate, license preferred
*This position is a full-time position paying between $45,000 - $55,000 annually based on experience, education, and office location.
