*Job Description:* We are currently seeking a meticulous and reliable Cleaner to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our newly renovated apartments, ensuring they meet our company's standards of excellence.
*Responsibilities:* * Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in all areas of the apartment.
* Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
* Ensure all surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected.
* Empty trash containers and replace liners.
* Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
* Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
*Requirements:* * Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred.
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects if necessary.
