*Principle Duties & Responsibilities*
* Develop relationships with prospective tenants through cold-calling and networking, on a local, regional, and national level.
* Lease retail space to tenants on a national and regional level.
Focus on co-tenant mix and design that enhances both destination and impulse buying.
* Perform daily leasing & management duties in a retail space, interfacing with all tenants, vendors, and other personnel to professionally lease & maintain company retail properties.
* Canvassing national and regional contacts for potential tenant prospects.
* Initiate and maintain relationships with existing tenants.
* Assist in identifying new acquisition development projects and identify existing projects through expansion.
*Qualifications*
* Excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial property leasing or student graduates with entrepreneur and leadership education encouraged to apply.
* Prior experience in sales, cold calling, prospecting, and budget management
* Proven track record of success
