We’re looking to hire a hard-working, motivated, customer service minded individual for the *full time *position of *Maintenance Supervisor.

*Here is a summary of what we need from you:*
* Experience in all areas of apartment maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair and painting/drywall.
HVAC a plus!
* Previous experience supervising your own team and coordinating all maintenance activities on the property.
* Snow removal experience.
It will be mandatory.
* The ability to be on-call for evening and weekend emergencies.
Reliable transportation is a must.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with residents, vendors, and office staff.
* Standard background check and drug screening required.
