Handy male looking for a room (Rochester)

I am in need of a cheap room to rent,I was living with my girl,we broke up,it was her place,so that was that.
I workfor a Painting/Handyman business,a little slow right now,spring summer and fall is much busyer.
I can afford about $50 a week right now,I dont need much,just a room to sleep.
I am very handy around the house,I can help with repairs or whatever,maybe work it out with rent.
Looking for something preferrably in greece,charlotte,or west side of city.
