18yo RIT student on gap year looking for roommates! (Rochester, NY)

Hi! I'm Andy, I'm from Arlington, Texas, and I am 18 years old and planning to move to Rochester this summer to be closer to my brother during my gap year before attending RIT for psych and gender studies! I love to cook and bake, I am into theater, music, and video games (i like the sims 3/4 and breath of the wild the most right now).
Looking for a couple roommates close enough to downtown that i can get around mostly using public transportation and/or walking/biking for under 750/mo.
Pets are welcome, 420 friendly and other queer / trans people are preferred, but if you're cool you're cool!
