The role of Assistant Manager is responsible to assist in the growth of top line sales and help create a highly engaging and interactive in -store customer experience.
The successful candidate will share the vision for their store to inspire and motivate the team.
Responsibilities
* Outstanding personal sales
* Training sales associates
* A strong customer service environment
* Execution mechandising standard and all other operation standards such as payroll, tasks, inventory and cash balancing
Requirements
* 2+ years Assistant Management experience with in retailer
* Strong command of written and spoken English
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong time management skills
* Available evening and weekends
