General Management
Perform excellent customer service and supervisory skills at all times
Maintain company standard for fresh food preparation and delivery
Properly train and supervise store personnel
Maintain a clean, friendly store environment
Perform daily store management and reporting duties
Grow sales by operational excellence
Monitor sales trends
Ensure compliance with all company, county, state and federal policies, procedures and regulations including, but not limited to food, tobacco and alcohol regulations
Maintain respectful working relationship with vendors
Be available to work additional hours as necessary

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Experience and Serve Safe Certification preferred
Able to respond to location emergencies in a timely manner
21 years of age
Valid Driver’s license that meets company policy
Reliable transportation
