Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team.
As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting them in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Duties: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods - Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed - Provide product demonstrations and answer customer questions about various cannabis products - Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable - Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Bilingual skills are a plus Skills: - Cash register operation - Sales abilities - Technology sales knowledge - Product demonstration skills - Organizational skills - Basic math proficiency - Stock management experience We offer competitive pay rates and a supportive work environment.
