*Job Title: Customer Service Associate - Garden Center*

Customer Assistance: Engage with customers, offering friendly and knowledgeable assistance in plant selection, care, and landscaping ideas.

Plant Troubleshooting: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and address plant-related issues, providing practical solutions for optimal growth and health.
3.
Disease Diagnosis: Identify and address plant diseases, offering guidance on treatment options and preventive measures to customers.
4.
Point of Sale (POS) Transactions: Operate the POS system to efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
5.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and gardening trends to provide up-to-date information and recommendations to customers.
6.
Phone and Email Support: Assist customers remotely by addressing inquiries, providing advice, and offering guidance on plant-related concerns via phone and email.
7.
Merchandising Assistance: Contribute to the visual appeal of the store by organizing and restocking merchandise, ensuring an attractive and well-maintained display.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to address customer needs, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the garden center.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or garden center setting.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, and horticulture.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
