Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice on plant selection, care, and landscaping, ensuring a memorable and positive shopping experience.

Order Placement: Collaborate with the team to maintain a diverse and high-quality plant selection.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of nursery associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a knowledgeable and cohesive staff.

Visual Merchandising: Oversee the layout and presentation of plants, ensuring an attractive and organized display that enhances the customer shopping experience.
5.
Inventory Management: Implement efficient inventory control procedures, conduct regular stock assessments, and address any discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Prior experience in a plant nursery or related field is essential.
- Strong plant knowledge and passion for horticulture.
- Proven managerial experience, including team leadership and operational management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
