Coordination with Production Greenhouse: Collaborate closely with the production greenhouse to ensure the timely and adequate supply of plants, coordinating restocking schedules to keep the retail greenhouse fully stocked.

Cleanliness Standards: Maintain high cleanliness standards within the greenhouse by regularly straightening displays, sweeping walkways, and ensuring an organized and visually appealing retail environment.

Staff Management: Assist in managing greenhouse staff, including training, scheduling, and providing guidance to create a knowledgeable and customer-focused team.

Custom Planter Creation: Utilize your plant expertise to assist customers in creating custom planters, offering design advice, and ensuring a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience.
5.
Plant Care: Oversee watering schedules, monitor plant health, and implement care protocols to ensure the vitality and quality of the retail greenhouse inventory.
6.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, providing expert advice on plant selection, care, and custom planter creation, fostering a positive and educational shopping experience.
- Previous experience in greenhouse management or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a customer-focused team.
- Basic knowledge of plant care, propagation, and greenhouse operations.
