Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team.
As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Service department within our organization.
Your main goal will be to ensure the department meets its sales targets, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall store performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the department
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate employee orientation and training programs
- Maintain a clean and organized department
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to effectively communicate with both customers and employees
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in wireless sales or related industry is preferred
