As a Sales Associate for 95 Nutrition, you are the gateway to a customer's future healthy decisions.
You are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales revenue.
This position requires a dynamic and customer-focused individual who possesses strong communication skills, product knowledge and a passion for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
The Sales Associate plays a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for every customer that walks in the door while promoting and selling products.
*Principal Duties and Responsibilities*:
* Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing friendly and attentive service.
* Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
* Educate customers about the various meal and beverage options available, including ingredients, nutritional information, and special dietary considerations.
* Upsell, or cross-sell additional items to maximize sales opportunities.
* Address inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reach out to Management when needed.
* Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper record-keeping and cash register management.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and monitoring inventory levels.
* Assist in marketing initiatives, promoting special offers, to attract new customers and drive sales.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
* Follow the direction of the District Manager.
* Completes assigned company training when required.
* Other duties as assigned.
