Duties: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the designated area - Assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart storage area - Monitor and manage cart availability for customers Qualifications: - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks - Experience in electronics sales, jewelry sales, or other retail environments is a plus - Ability to stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Proficient phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or providing assistance - Knowledge of technical sales to assist customers with electronic products - Upselling skills to promote additional products or services to customers - Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately - Ability to conduct product demonstrations for customers Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
