Lead Floral Designer

We are looking for an experienced floral designer to join the Stacy K Floral team! Minimum of 3 years floral and retail experience is a _*must*_.
Strong organizational skills a huge plus! The ideal candidate would have experience effectively communicating in a team setting.
We are looking for someone who has a great base knowledge of design mechanics, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, a willingness to do new things, and the ability to hustle.
(We like to have plenty of fun too!) This position will involve helping with daily floral design, wedding and event work, wedding set up, seasonal floral work, and retail sales.
Weekend availability is required.
