The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1–3 years of experience working in an automotive parts store, with a focus on customer service and sales.
The Parts Advisor's main responsibility is to provide customers with quality service while helping them find the right part for their needs.
Responsibilities: * Keep accurate storage records for all parts in assigned area.
* Keep stock of parts organized by model number and price.
* Keep accurate inventory of all parts in assigned area.
* Browse online for products and prices; order any items that are out of stock.
* Assist customers with upselling and cross-selling techniques.
* Take phone orders.
* Learn how to use inventory system to check if the store has various parts that customers may want to purchase; search online for the best deal on the part.
* Inform customers that manufacturer warranty covers only manufacturer defects; they need to be aware that they may also be responsible for maintenance costs.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.
00 - $60,000.
