Assistant Manager

```Duties:``` - Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store - Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management - Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Assist in training and coaching team members to achieve sales goals - Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth ```Requirements:``` - Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar leadership role preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service - Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices - Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Knowledge of wireless sales (if applicable) is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
