We are looking for a seasoned sales professional, someone with strong customer service and communication skills.
This position requires the ability to understand and implement effective sales techniques, as well as the ability to sell our product and guide customers to a sales decision.
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills are a must.
Some base automotive knowledge and parts understanding is helpful, but not required.
The duties and responsibilities of the salesperson role include: -Accurately and efficiently ascertaining the part or product the customer needs -Using our software to discern if the part is available and if so the corresponding price -Effectively gathering pertinent information from the customer to provide exceptional customer service -Following up on quotes to actively engage the customer through the sales process -Build professional relationships with customers to increase sales -Responsible for meeting sales goals, self evaluating, and scheduling training to further improve their ability and understanding Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
