Major areas of responsibility include: Providing exceptional customer service Fulfill or oversee weekly product orders while following all proper operating procedure in order to maintain adequate supply levels Achieving financial goals such as sales, gross profit maximization, as well as minimization of shrink and supply expense for the grocery department Proper merchandising & shelf management Proper ordering and receiving of product Assisting in the achievement of financial goals (sales gross profit maximization) Ensuring regulatory & company policy compliance (i.

operations, safety, and sanitation) Training and development of grocery associates Requirements: Successful candidates must meet the following qualifications: Previous retail experience required Previous supervisory experience preferred Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
